definitely not a 4 star!!! Rooms were not that good, but that was the least of our problems during our stay. Dinner at the restaurant was DISGUSTING, buffet of food that looked like it was put in the freezer days ago, beef jerky, dessert was the only course that was saved. Waiters however nice. At the bar a waiter spoke neither English, I had to order tea and he made it difficult. The wellness lady also unprofessional, halfway through the massage she went outside to argue with a client (really unrelaxing!). In any case, we got through the stay and will not give one star out of fairness. But it is not a 4 star.

Very cute Alpine lodge at base of ski slopes. In winter didn't see lake pictured. Friendly service but VERY slow at dinner and night we were there the menu was fixed (no options) and in English. Food just ok but appetizer buffet abundant. Several staff members had masks below nose. Reviewers raving about food are probably comparing to other all inclusive hotels. For those standards it was good but not like dining in a stand alone restaurant.

Been here a couple of times throughout the years. Lovely hotel with nice and friendly owners and staff. Enjoyed it every time especially the time before Christmas where it isn't that busy. The rooms are very nice and a lot of news are nicely renovated with top notch stuff. I do recommend booking half board as the dinner is really really good with very varying options through the week. There is also a huge wine cellar and a nice head waiter who gives good recommendations! The breakfast is very good as well with a lot of home made and local stuff. The food is just generally good throughout the region... There are ski lockers downstairs and of course it's just a 5 minute walk to both ski lifts in either direction. There is also a booth outside where you can buy the ski tickets. The swimming pool and sauna aren't that huge and can get pretty busy in the afternoon but are nicely decorated. All in all a very nice experience in the winter months. We will come back in the future.

We really had fantastic days with a lot of activities i.e walking and ebiking during the day, physio massages in the afternoon and a wonderful diner thanks to head cook Georgia in the evening. Absolute perfect accomodation close to the paradise !!! We will come back for sure by 100% !!!

Booked this hotel for February 2019 after we stayed here last year for our winter holiday. Hotel is situated right on the ski slope. From the hotel you can jump onto your skis and enjoy the Sella Ronda. The rooms are clean and spacious. But above all the food is just excellent. For dinner we had a choice of exquisite meals. Staff is very friendly, special thanks to Ms Ania and Claudiu for their exceptional service. .there is small but sufficient pool and spa area. Looking forward to visit this hotel again soon!
